The educational qualifications for this position are: An undergraduate degree in education or a field of study related to health and human services. A Graduate Degree in education would be considered an asset. You either possess these qualifications or have achieved a higher level of education/training in this field. *

You have a minimum seven (7) years (full-time equivalent) of recent and progressive occupational experience in a field related to the School(s). *

You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Brightspace or ERP *

You have a minimum of five years experience in a formal supervisory, management, or leadership role? *

Does your leadership experience include leadership in a post-secondary environment, including supervising faculty? *

Do you have teaching experience? Teaching experience at a post-secondary level would be considered an asset. *

You have demonstrated strength in supervising, managing, and leading a team? *

You have specific technical occupational knowledge and skill in working in partnership with key sectors, as well as government, funders, and external regulatory bodies, to ensure program relevancy and currency as well as compliance with educational standards *
