The educational qualifications for this position are: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant discipline with a data and/or analytical focus. You either possess these qualifications or have achieved a higher level of education/training in this field. *

You have a minimum three (3) years (full-time equivalent) of direct experience in data mining delivering meaningful, timely and accurate reporting using large data sets, and conducting analyses of data to aid in key decision-making processes. *

You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, email. *

You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, PivotTables, data cleaning and transformation). *

You possess experience with Power BI, including development of interactive dashboards and data visualization, and working with DAX and Power Query to support data preparation, transformation and analysis. *

You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a complex working environment, as detailed in your cover letter and supported by your resume. *

You have experience working with large, complex datasets from institutional systems to support reporting and analysis. *

You have experience with social/educational research methods and statistical analysis to produce quality, accurate, reliable, timely and user-friendly reports. *
