The educational qualification for this position is: Bachelor/Master of Education and/or a relevant university degree in Math, Social Sciences, or the Sciences (e.g., Biology, Physics, Chemistry), or Bachelor of Engineering (or other Engineering credential), or an undergraduate degree in a field related to the subjects to be taught. . You either possess these qualifications or have achieved a higher level of education/training in this field. *

You have a minimum of five years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience teaching at the high school or post-secondary level. *

NSCC Faculty must be comfortable working with technology to enhance the student experience. You are familiar with and comfortable working in a digital environment and using computer applications such as the full Microsoft Office suite, email and Learning Management Systems. *

You have experience providing performance feedback. *

You have experience in curriculum and resource development. *

You have experience in a team-teaching environment and a strong track record of working collaboratively. *

You have experience teaching online and/or using e-learning technology in a blended format. *

You have a strong working understanding of Universal Design for Learning. *
