You have a minimum of one year (full-time equivalent) of recent occupational experience that is directly related to this position, which includes cleaning, operation of waxing and polishing machines and automatic scrubbers. *

You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite and e-mail. *

You have a valid NS driver's license. *

You have training in WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. *

You have a Standard First Aid and CPR certification. *

You have experience working in one or more of the trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.). *

You have custodial and/or maintenance experience in a post-secondary or commercial setting. *

You have demonstrated experience providing general, preventative, and scheduled maintenance duties. *
