The Opportunity
Gogii Games is looking for an amazing Video Editor and Artist to produce video and animated content from beginning to end, including storyboarding, motion graphics creation, editing, and final delivery. Produce storyboards and rough mockups as a part of proposing and visualizing ideas. Able to achieve motion graphics design through the use of digital tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Vegas Video, etc.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Design/concept and mockup animations in addition to creating final animations under guidance
Responsible for the execution of all aspects of motion graphic and video production, from pre-production to audio/video editing and creating motion graphics
Editing videos and adding intro graphics, title graphics, sound, and iconography
Full ownership of smaller project/tasks from inception to completion
What you'll need
Qualifications
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Motion Animation or equivalent relevant experience
- Independent thinker capable of tackling creative challenges
- Ability to learn new software effectively, as well as keep up with latest (or most effective) versions of software
- Adept at animation and video editing software packages and internal tools
- Demonstrated range of video editing tasks including but not limited to video capture, logo animation, typography animation, etc.
- Has an appropriate understanding of the industry and the markets we serve
