Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President, Products & Growth (VP, P&G) to join its Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the organization's product and commercial strategy across all channels and categories.

- Apply creativity, data-driven insight, and decisiveness to modernize products, elevate customer experience, and drive long-term market leadership.
- Are a natural communicator and collaborator, translating complex ideas into actionable strategies and building trust across executive peers and the Board.
