The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Who you are

The optimal candidate for this dynamic role should possess extensive experience in food manufacturing operations including a wealth of wisdom gained in a senior leadership role. They should have in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
  • 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
