The Opportunity
We are looking for an organized, creative, and analytical trade marketer that is passionate about building great brands, providing exceptional sales support and assisting a fast-paced team. This individual needs to have a driven personality, be curious about everything, and have an energy that inspires others.
This role will report directly into a team of Assistant Brand Managers, but will work closely with individuals across the business to support various marketing and sales initiatives.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Manage point-of-sale inventory management and distribution
- Develop custom collateral with our in-house graphics team, including point-of-sale material and sell sheets
- Assist in planning and executing events and activations
- Coordinate submissions and consolidation of information and presentations
- Assist with invoicing and budget management
- Special projects as determined by the Marketing team
- General office support
What you'll need
Qualifications
- University graduate, business or marketing concentration preferred
- 1-2 years marketing experience, client or agency side
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional organization skills with ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time and project management skills; ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit, looking to join an "all hands on deck" environment
- Self motivated, energetic, positive attitude
- Desire to learn; self starter seeking exposure to new areas
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, namely Excel and Powerpoint
