The Talent Development Consultant plays a key role in the implementation and management of all programs promoting the growth of leadership skills, career development, succession planning and employee self-awareness.

The chosen candidate's leadership contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR strategic vision to create an engaging, collaborative and trusting work environment.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Talent development

  • Assess/identify training and skills development needs within the Company;

  • Assess testing needs (psychometric or other) and make recommendations.

  • Monitor trends and best practices in leadership development in order to adapt them internally;

  • Design development programs;

  • Participate in the implementation of an innovative skills development strategy based on the latest market trends;

  • Collaborate with managers to identify skills needs and opportunities, and determine training and skills development priorities;

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise training initiatives, ensuring their proper execution, compliance with deadlines and quality of content;

Event planning

  • Participate or leads in the organization of events led by the human resources department.

HR support

  • Supports the HR team in any other task or project in line with the Company's HR mission, vision and values.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written skills in French and English;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or related field;
  • 5-7 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, ideally with a few years of experience managing a talent development program.
  • Experience in project management, including the planning, coordination and supervision of leadership and learning development projects.
  • Analytical ability to understand and assess organizational needs in terms of leadership and learning development, and to propose the most appropriate learning strategy in relation to these needs.
