We seek a talented candidate to help monitor, analyze, remediate, and optimize our significant network and server infrastructure. This valuable team member will be involved in all facets of managing multiple data centers that service a large number of embedded networking devices across North America. The successful candidate will help shape the future of our infrastructure.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards, and methods for all IT systems.
Monitor IT operations, investigate reported alarms, and resolve service impacts as they occur.
Perform system/network changes, and optimizations across a complex environment.
Engage in service capacity planning forecasting, and performance analysis.
Serve in on-call rotation as an escalation contact for after hours trouble incidents.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly, with little oversight.
- Experience with the following is a must: Experience with Cisco and/or Fortinet networking elements, and Linux system administration.
- Experience with any of the following is a strong asset: AWS, Windows domains, Ansible, Git, SQL, Nagios, Nexpose/Metasploit, and/or familiarity with PCI DSS.
