Bluedrop Training & Simulation

What you will be doing:

• Expertise with aircraft (both FW and RW) and applicable aircraft related shipboard systems.
• Familiar with aircraft maintenance programs.
• Conduct research necessary to aid in the production of technical publications.
• Design and develop training materials.
• Interpret instructions and assume responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work produced.
• Apply Technical expertise to other SMEs and define requirements.
• Support verification/validation onboard ship as required.
• Internal communications to the Project Manager.
• SME coordination and scheduling.
• Quality review of all applicable deliverables.
• Provide support to training and courseware production.
• Provide inputs for continuous improvement.

What do you need to succeed?

• At least 5 years' experience as a member of the RCAF
• 2 years' experience as a Qualified Flight Instructor (Training Standards would be an asset).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast past environment.
• Must be able to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.
