Salary Range: $84,288 - $114,876 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Associate Executive Director, this position is responsible for developing strategies and project plans for digital programs that impact New Brunswick. These projects and programs align with the mandate to accelerate talent and ideas to enable every New Brunswick community to thrive in a digital world.
- Design, development, and implementation of strategic programs in collaboration with key partners at senior leadership levels, both internal and external to the University, that supports talent acceleration, community engagement and idea acceleration.
- Develop the strategies and project plans for programs aligned with the three pillars of the Institute to ensure investments made are impactful and lead to an end goal of a thriving digital economy and social cohesion.
- Develop effective communication strategies and be comfortable facilitating large, diverse groups through problem definition, project planning and execution.
- Lead the development of appropriate mechanisms for delivery of new program offerings and acts as a critical point of contact for program delivery administration.
- Identify new research and partner opportunities aligned with the mandate of the Institute.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, Public Administration).
- A minimum of 5 years work experience; Master's Degree preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Strengths:
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve outcomes yet easily able to collaborate in teams and with various community stakeholders
- An ability to analyze information and ideas and incorporate data and stakeholder feedback into final program design and solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty that comes with an early-stage organization and building new programs, self- directed and action oriented
- Experience in building programs from idea to delivery as well as ongoing project management
- Experience building and managing a team is an asset.
- Proven success in building and managing both internal and external partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in both official languages is also an asset.
