We are currently hiring for a Stormwater Engineer (Intermediate). This term opportunity, in the Regulatory Compliance Services Department, has full time hours and is for a period of approximately 1 year.

As a Stormwater Engineer, you will:

• Provide engineering support to stormwater service investigations and system enhancements.
• Provide engineering services relating to stormwater infrastructure and management with a core focus on:
  • Stormwater billing.
  • Drainage investigations.
  • Customer relations respecting stormwater management.
  • Joint stormwater initiatives with Halifax Municipality.

To do this job, you need to have:

• A post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer designation
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible related experience in a municipal engineering field.
• A valid NS driver's license.
