The Opportunity

Lounsbury Automotive in Moncton is looking for a Service Videographer.

In this role, you will work with the Service Technicians and Service Advisors. You will be recording the ongoing repairs to client vehicles. While recording you will also be narrating the video providing the clients with the update and the progress on the repair of their vehicle.

This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday during the day.

Responsibilities

• Video documentation of repairs on client vehicles

• A clear interpretation of the technicians' analysis of the client's vehicle on video

• Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client

• Support the Service department with any other duties when and where required

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Able to work with a team and be able to work independently

• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract

• Proficient with computer systems - email, uploading pictures, updating a website

• Ability to multi-task

• Highly organized and pays attention to detail

• Be prompt, punctual and detail-oriented
