Lounsbury Furniture in Miramichi has an opening for a Service Coordinator.
Working within the service department of the furniture store, the Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact with customers who need repairs done to their furniture and/or appliances.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Speak to customers by telephone to triage customer issues
- Work with manufacturers for replacement parts
- Complete necessary paperwork regarding any service issues
- Perform and coordinate repairs
- Assist in the operations of the warehouse & delivery when necessary
What you'll need
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to clearly communicate (speaking and writing) with customers and co-workers
- French speaking is an asset
- Must have a valid driver's licenses and clean driver's abstract
- Experience in furniture or appliance repair service or customer service
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
