Beers Neal, a dynamic and growing professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join our team and provide an exceptional client experience and enthusiastic leadership to our Assurance and Advisory team.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Assurance and Advisory team.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while managing the expectations of clients.
- Manage Client files from beginning to end with a strong quality assurance focus in a collaborative team environment.
- A team player who encourages collaboration, open communication and promotes problem-solving across the firm.
- Building our team capability through developing others, creating opportunities to grow and learn, with an eagerness to help others succeed.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- A Chartered Professional Accountant designation is required with a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of accounting professionals.
- Previous public practical experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to establish and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for client files from the beginning of the engagement to the end.
- Expert ability to prepare financial statements, conduct assurance engagements and offer business consulting services with a focus on detail.
- High professional and ethical standards for dealing with confidential information.
- Knowledge of Caseware Working Papers and Corporate Taxprep Software would be considered an asset
