PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Miramichi, Sault Ste Marie, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.
We are growing across Canada, and are currently looking for a Senior Consultant | Program Lead to help us do that! This role will be responsible for leading QA implementation, resource planning, tool selection, data discovery and presenting QA progress to client and other project stakeholders.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Technical
- Grow a team of testing professionals to be leaders in testing of SAP
- Responsibilities could include:
- Team P&L
- Revenue Growth
- Client Satisfaction
- Employee Satisfaction
- Lead enterprise-level program testing initiatives for our key clients as a Senior SAP Functional Consultant
- Industry focus of either Public Sector or Industrials
- Work closely with all the project stakeholders including Client Technical and Business teams, internal QA teams and third-party solution vendors to build a robust QA testing strategy and test plan for a huge SAP migrations project.
- Identify Business needs and work with clients to provide solutions to their challenges (testing or otherwise)
- Speak with customers on the value of testing and where testing fits into large SAP engagements
Learning and Development
- Build knowledge of industry-leading tools and practices in the area of ERP testing and disseminate knowledge through mentorship and training
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and ideas, supporting the growth of the ERP testing practice
What you'll need
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Consulting experience
- Solid understanding and experience in SAP Implementations with a focus on quality (3 projects minimum one of which testing oversight was involved)
- 5+ years of experience directly related to SAP
- 5+ years of Senior Lead/Manager experience managing large teams
