What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, corporate and personal income tax returns, conduct auditing and provide business consulting.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while managing the expectations of clients.
- Deliver strong quality assurance for all services in a collaborative team environment by working closely with staff, senior managers, partners and most importantly, clients.
- A team player who actively collaborates, openly communicates and enthusiastically seeks to solve problems.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- You are nearing completion or have completed a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, is an asset.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Previous public practical experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to establish and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on high detail in your work.
- A skilled communicator with an emphasis on collaborating across the team
- High professional and ethical standards for dealing with confidential information.
- Knowledge of Caseware Working Papers and Corporate Taxprep Software would be considered an asset
