We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator - Atlantic & Quebec Markets to join our sales team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Under the Direction of the Sales Support Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring Moosehead's front line Sales team has all the selling tools required to perform their function in a logical, clear, digestible manner. The Sales Coordinator - Atlantic & Quebec markets works directly with colleagues in Sales Support, Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers as well as cross-functionally with Brand and Trade Marketing groups.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Management of Moosehead's CRM tool including administration, reporting, training, and updating;
  • Management of Provincial Promotion Grids for assigned Markets;
  • Prepare and roll out Period Selling Package to Field Sales in assigned Markets;
  • Prepare and transmit all new product and promotion submissions to Provincial Liquor Commissions;
  • Co-ordinate monthly budget tracking & update process with Sales personnel in assigned markets;
  • Anticipate and recognize the need for process improvements, new sales and reporting tools;
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Post-secondary graduate
  • Goal oriented, sets high standards, holds self-accountable, focuses on process and results with demonstrated ability of meeting objectives
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
