Prestige Homes, a division of The Shaw Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our talented team in our Stewiacke Sales Centre. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, develop strong customer relationships, and build individual sales volume. A key measure of your success will be your ability to delight our customers while helping us grow sales and market share. You will be motivated, enjoy working with one-on-one customer as well as part of a bigger Prestige Homes team, and you will thrive in a base plus commission sales environment.

What you'll do


  • Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the entire team.
  • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow-up on initial visits, communicate realistic expectations, provide ongoing communication on project progress, and follow-up after closing.
  • Provide home pricing and options to customers.
  • Complete sales contract documents.
  • Work closely with our team to provide superior post-closing customer support and service.
  • Consistently seek to grow your knowledge of our products so that you can act as an expert advisor for the customer.
  • Work with your team members to ensure each customer (and even those that aren't yours) receives the best service possible.
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment (with base salary)
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a detail-oriented environment positively and proactively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and willingness to follow new procedures, processes and effectively sell a complicated product with long sales cycle.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Clear understanding of customer service/customer experience principles and demonstrated and repeated experience in delivering high levels of customer service.

Prestige Homes

Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973, from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex, New Brunswick. This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
