The Opportunity
Revenue Operations is the backbone of a successful sales-led organization. As a member of the Revenue team, the Revenue Operations Coordinator will support the Senior Revenue Operations Manager in overseeing a smooth, effective sales and account management process to enable the growth of our team.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, the Revenue Operations Coordinator will maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the data in our CRM to support our reps' ability to sell and support our customers. This person will be primarily focused on maintaining data syncs between the CRM and any integrated tools and data integrity within the CRM. They will also support our Customer Success team processes and reporting. This includes, but is not limited to:
CRM Hygiene and Data Integrity
- Track key deal data throughout our sales process. Ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain CRM data validation and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate data sync between CRM and integrated technologies.
Customer Success Support
- Provide regular reports on Customer Success team key performance indicators across the Onboarding, Solutions, and Customer Experience teams.
- Create and maintain visibility on team processes. Work with team leaders to close gaps and maintain team performance.
- Support the Executive Director of Customer Success and relevant Customer Success Leadership on request.
- Other projects as required.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
You have a passion for operations and enjoy working through complex problems. You are looking to gain experience in CRM and database software programs and seek opportunities to build up business acumen for a SaaS company.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in Excel or Google Sheets
- CRM experience is an asset
- Strong Attention to detail and follow-through
- You're adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
- You need to love to problem-solve and get into the data
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
