Responsibilities

• Proactive recruiting - utilizing tools like LinkedIn to proactively connect with people who are potentially a fit for PQA
• Introduce the company to candidates, letting them know why we are a great place to work
• Understand candidates' goals and aligning them to positions available within the organization
• Successfully negotiate all aspects of the hiring package (salary, benefits, dates, etc.)
• Build and maintain a successful candidate pipeline across 5 Canadian offices
• Create strong relationships with candidates and internal team members
• Communicate effectively the value of a role and the benefits of working at PQA
• Attend networking events to promote PQA and meet local talent
• Meet candidates face to face, assessing their fit prior to moving them forward in the hiring process

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience
• A Bachelor of Business or equivalent degree
