The Opportunity

Volkswagen Moncton is the fastest growing Volkswagen dealership in Atlantic Canada. With our growing business, we are currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist.

If you are someone who loves interacting with customers, likes to be helpful and wants to be the go-to person, then this position is for you! The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and direct to appropriate area within the dealership
• Answer the main telephone line and redirect calls
• Ability to answer customers' questions on the phone or refer callers to the appropriate team
• Maintain all customer areas for appearance
• Other general office duties

Qualifications

• High school education, or equivalent, is a required
• College diploma in Office Administration and/or Business is preferred
• 2--5 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Must be fluently bilingual in English and French
• Exceptional customer service skills, including great verbal communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
• Good work ethic and can work with minimal supervision
