We are looking for an individual to take on the role of Quality Compliance Coordinator. The position is responsible for coordination of audit tracking and coordination of compliance activities for BioScript Solutions as required. This position will report to the Director of Pharmacovigilance and Quality.

How you will make an impact

• Track audit schedule and observations;
• Supports in review of work instructions, SOPs, policies, etc. from other departments on behalf of Quality;
• Supports regulatory quality compliance audits as required;
• Assists with compliance review;
• Coordinator of investigation and signatures;
• Maintains filing systems for control, security, and access of all master documents;
• Archives completed documents and records;
• This position is back up to the Quality Compliance and Document Management team.

What you'll bring to our team

• Entry level position with minimal experience in quality or related experience;
• Proficient in Word processing, QA process, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet;
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
• Works effectively in teams;
• Results-oriented and process-driven; and
• Impeccable attention to detail.
