MACC part of the Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG) is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician. You like to work outside, are mechanically inclined, people see you as a 'Jack of all trades'.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- On a call list for monitoring of fire alarms and burglaries.
- Perform small repairs such as "windows, doors, plumbing and flooring"etc.
- Painting and carpentry duties
- Respond to emergency situations as required
- Maintain the attractive appearance and appealing atmosphere of the building
- Develop and maintain good relationships with contractors, vendors, and site workers to obtain the best quotes on property repairs, supplies and maintenance.
- Ensure properties are safe and avoid any danger to tenants and visitors.
- Lawn care and snow removal duties
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined
- Quick learner
- Needs little supervision
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer hooked up to it in the back
