Reporting to the National Partner Success Manager, the Project Coordinator, Partner Success is responsible for supporting the implementation of specific new business onboarding activities related to their design, setup, and configuration by taking a hands-on role through collecting requirements, participating in client meetings, make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in the execution of changes.

This role supports all new business onboarding across BioScript working with each business unit and division to plan and successfully launch new partners at BioScript.

The Project Coordinator, Partner Success collaborates with multiple teams and business units and is accountable for translating statement of work documents into specific setup, processes or systems configurations. This role takes a hands-on approach in collecting requirements to support the design, test and provide recommendations for any related process in order to successfully launch new partner business at BioScript.

How you will make an impact

  • Supporting the Project Manager by ensuring that new business requirements are designed and implemented as per partners expectations and BioScript best practices;
  • Ensuring that the implementation processes deliver and support an exceptional new business onboarding experience at BioScript;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document a clear vision and requirements, and set realistic project timelines, and providing visibility to project statuses to the organization;
  • Providing support and guidance to our partners during their introduction to BioScript;
  • Supporting new business onboarding from go-live, first patient engagement, through to the warranty period;
  • Converting statement of work documents into specific setup, processes or systems configurations;
  • Participate in respective client meetings and day to day client communications;
  • Make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in the execution of these changes: Work with vendors, third parties, and partners to integrate processes and manage collaboration efforts;
  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer goals & workflows and support the team to achieve value as quickly as possible;
  • Provide voice of the customer in support of both strategic and operational initiatives;
  • Work with internal business units to Identify key differential opportunities;
  • Allocate tasks to internal teams after defining the scope and reviewing work documents;
  • Make pervasive project details related to the new business, including challenges, the services we need to bolster, and the competitive aspects of opportunity;
  • Maintain connected to industry trends and customer success related advancements in order to make appropriate recommendations to the business;
  • Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements; and
  • Other duties as required.

What you'll bring to our team

  • 3+ years experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management, acquired through a combination of education and experience;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical related field is highly desired;
  • Excellent relationship and client management experience with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate cross-functionally;
  • Experience leading or working within a project management function and collaborating with diverse teams and portfolios;
  • Change management experience that includes establishing processes, or new services;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment while adapting quickly to manage changing priorities;
  • Product implementation experience is an asset;
  • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, database elements and functionality; and
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
