What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Collect and report on OKRs and Quality metrics
  • Assist with Deployment Support communications
  • Provide Scrum Master support and knowledge transfer on development teams
  • Create and maintain process runbooks for reporting, project management tooling, timeline tracking, and deployments
  • Attend and participate in development teams standups, retrospectives, and testing sessions (as needed)
  • Schedule training and maintain resource allocation plan for 24/7 On-Call Support
  • Triage incoming requests from internal stakeholders to development teams
  • Become familiar with internal project management tooling, workflows, reporting capabilities, and product updates.
  • Support internal stakeholders on in-flight Program Initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate Program risks
  • Suggest and help implement process improvements

  • Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, deal with changing priorities and ambiguity
  • Team player, supportive of a collaborative team environment and culture

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-Secondary Education (or equivalent experience) in a discipline such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology Systems
  • Proven work experience as a Program (or Project) Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Any Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
  • Any Scrum Master certification
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Shortcut, JIRA, or Trello
  • Familiarity with industry-standard IT metrics and/or policies
