NBCC is currently seeking a dynamic and competent individual for the position of Product Development Specialist in either Saint John or Moncton.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Product Development Specialist is responsible for building training products to meet the needs of clients and for identifying new product offerings for market.

Specifically, the Product Development Specialist collaborates with managers and clients to clarify needs and determine how to deliver required training; identifies possible sources of curriculum and resources required to support delivery; provides information related to cost and scope of training delivery; and conducts and reviews market research in the development of new products.

Qualifications

Required qualifications for this opportunity include a diploma in business, education, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of recent and related work experience; OR a degree in business, education, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of recent and related work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Related experience must include the development of learning products based on client needs and market analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, are also requirements of this position.

Written and spoken competence in English is required.

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be raised.

NBCC offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes a competitive annual salary for this position ranging from $49,374 to $69,056. This position is a non-union position where the terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with management/non-union policies.
