Remsoft

• Deliver business value to Remsoft's clients and potential clients by defining and supporting the development of features and feature sets that are aligned with the company goals and initiatives.
• Help define the product and customer experience by supporting the development of high-quality product/system requirements, user stories, user personas, and UX mock-ups.
• Work alongside other product team members to maintain the product backlog roadmap and to define and articulate what success means for each product and feature.
• Support the development team through each development sprint and help drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest/ implement new ideas for products and features.
• Validate features & products solution through exploratory testing of backlog items.
• Collaborate with the sales and services teams to ensure the accurate capture of features and functionality necessary to meet market needs.
• Document new features and feature sets for both an internal and external audience.
• Support sales and implementation by providing product/feature demos when necessary.

Language: English

• Undergraduate degree and/or comparable community college IT diploma program.
• Strong analysis and technical writing skills.
• Strong consulting skills (e.g. active listening, understanding client challenges, etc.)
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and potentially travel internationally to client sites.
