The Opportunity
Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pick up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.
• Assist Maintenance with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.
• May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.
• Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.
• May be required to operate small power tools
