Our client, Gateway Insurance Group is an independent locally owned brokerage operating multiple branches throughout the Atlantic region and across Canada with McLean Hallmark Gateway Insurance Group.
We are currently seeking a superstar Customer Service Professional whose energy, attitude and commitment to their customers are unrivaled. While an insurance license is required for this opportunity, a terrific team environment awaits.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
You are a Pro. An efficient, highly skilled personal lines CSR. You enjoy high volume in-bound new business, and you know the ropes to get it written. You are exceptionally proficient on the phone as well as well spoken, articulate and friendly. Your written correspondence is excellent.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- You are a CAIB or CIP, or well on your way to these designations
- Have 3-5+ years work experience within the financial services industry or a brokerage as a CSR (Banking, Insurance, etc)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Extremely comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Diligent and resourceful to find the answers our customers require.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Genuine interest in the insurance industry and the peace of mind our products provide.
