Your future starts here
The Patient Excellence Coordinator will prepare various service-related reports, including KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports as assigned by their manager. In addition, they will be required to work collaboratively with BioScript Solutions Teams of Accounting, Coverdale Pharmacovigilance and Quality Compliance to update and reconcile various reports and databases. The successful candidate will need advanced Excel skills and an above-average working knowledge of other Microsoft Tools. They will report directly to the Assistant Operations Manager
How you will make an impact
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources and sites
- Creation of daily, weekly and monthly KPI report spreadsheets for internal and external use
- Continual improvement of reporting production to enhance quality and efficiency
- Working with the Data Analytics Team to identify and quantify key sources of data
- Cross-checking automated reporting for data accuracy and integrity
- Updating and reconciliation of reports for Accounting, PV and Quality Compliance Teams
- Support QIR and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) investigations reports as directed by CRC Leadership
- Assisting Coverdale PV with AE (Adverse Event) follow-up requests and reconciliations
- Assist with invoicing reconciliation as required
- Ad-hoc reports and projects as required
What you'll bring to our team
- Expert knowledge of Coverdale programs and service deliverables.
- Education in Document control, Health care, QA administration or similar is preferred.
- Existing knowledge of Quality Assurance SOP or process is preferred.
- Proficient in Document management, Word processing, QA process, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet
- Achieves high level of quality performance metrics within work assignments.
- Demonstrates competence in utilizing all Coverdale technology platforms.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of Coverdale service KPI metrics
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written domains
- Comprehensive data analysis skills
- Solution-driven critical thinker
- Working knowledge of infusion clinic, patient support program and specialty pharmacy operations
