Under the direction of the Director of Recruitment & Marketing, Domestic and International, the On-Campus and Online Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordination and delivery of on-campus recruitment activities (e.g. tours, open houses) as well as online recruitment tactics (e.g. Facebook, blogging, e-communications).

The Admissions Records Clerk works out of the Enrolment Services Department and reports to the Director of Recruitment & Marketing, Domestic and International.

Union affiliation for this position is with Bargaining Unit 79. The position is evaluated at a Group 6 (salary range $37,797 - $44,469). Collective agreement can be viewed here.

Qualifications

To be the successful On-Campus and Online Recruitment Coordinator you will have completed High School, plus two years of University and you will possess one (1) year of directly related experience. The successful candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to form long-lasting relationships. In addition, the successful candidate should have the ability to pay attention to details in a high volume and busy environment and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including database management. Software proficiency (photo/video editing software, Flash, MS PowerPoint) and knowledge of online technologies/communications mediums (social media, web, search engine optimization processes) is required. Assets for this position include experience in marketing or public relations and/or possession of numeric skills and financial responsibility.
