The Chapman Group is happy to support one of our amazing clients Taylor's Landscaping in finding their Office Manager in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Taylor's Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company operating in the Greater Saint John area including Rothesay, Quispamsis and Grand Bay. They believe in working with their customers from idea conception on paper, to the project realization on the property.

They are looking for a full time, term (Summer and Fall), experienced Office Manager to join their team. This person is a high energy go-getter and a service oriented professional, who's motivated to take the bull-by-the-horns and create efficiencies and effectiveness to support their busy team.

This individual will have the ability to be focused and confident in overseeing the office management in a fast-paced environment, providing critical coordination to the team, and ensuring effective management of data and client service for the organization. They will be a catalyst in developing, supporting, and implementing next level success!

What you'll do

Responsibilities

· Oversee and supervise the maintenance of the filing systems and implementation of the CRM

(Customer Relationships Management) including inputting supplier invoices, updating accounts receivable spreadsheets weekly

· Provide general support to clients, act as a point of contact for existing and future clients

· Organize office workflow and triage all customer calls, follow up and priority incoming business communications

· Lead and coordinate the implementation of our business management software for maximum optimization

· Provide general administration and clerical support, including preparing service documents and process sheets; filing; emails, mail and telephone; ordering supplies

· Provide recommendations on office operations for efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall wellness of the day-to-day.

What you'll need

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with office supervisory/management and client/customer service experience

• Hands-on experience with accounting software IE: QuickBooks

• Experience/willingness to use a customer relations management system is an asset

• Excellent time management, and follow-through skills

• Proven written and verbal communication and proven ability to provide timely professional communication to clients by e-mail and phone
