PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Miramichi, Sault Ste Marie, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.

Our company is growing rapidly, and so is our need for an Office Administrator! The successful incumbent will provide administrative support to the Fredericton office, supporting the Executive team, Human Resources, and other employees of PLATO.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls and voicemails
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinating meetings with external guests
  • Coordinating and supporting company events and activities
  • Maintaining and restocking office and kitchen supplies
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Completing expense reconciliation and reporting for reimbursement
  • Generating reports and performing data validation
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related would be an asset
  • Effective and appropriate communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • The ability to multi-task
