We are growing in Calgary, AB and are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist / Office Manager to help us do that!
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting company event activities as needed - Monthly cross-company event, monthly meetings, town hall meetings, etc.
- Managing company social media channels
- Assisting the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks
- Answering and directing calls
- Assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks
- Maintaining and restocking office and kitchen supplies, etc.
- Keeping inventory of laptops, screens, electronics available
- General office organization
What you'll need
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of administrative experience
- 1 - 2 years of Human Resources experience - full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- HR administration
- Onboarding
- People management skills
- Ability to multi-task productively
- Experience with Social Media Platforms
- Experience with the Adobe suite of products (InDesign, Illustrator) and Hootsuite would be considered an asset
