We're currently looking to find a National Sale Director to join our Commercial team based out of our Distribution Center in Etobicoke, Ontario. While our preference is for candidates to be based in the Toronto/GTA area, we are also considering applicants from outside Ontario.

With support from the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for leading the Canadian Sales Team, while playing a leadership role with the broader Commercial group.

What you'll need

Qualifications

We are looking for those who aspire to grow, personally and professionally. The following qualifications will set you up for success:

  • You have 10+ years of Sales Management experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry or a Consumer-Packaged Goods company, makes you no stranger to working in a consumer centric environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of the selling process, which includes sales planning, strategy development, opportunity identification, fact-based selling, coaching the coach, to name a few.
  • Ideally, you have a post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline.
  • You are persuasive and collaborative, allowing you to build plans that appeal to all parties.
  • Improvement excites you: you love to see improvements within process, people and most importantly, yourself. You know how to create meaningful and lasting change.
  • As the internal advocate of the customer, you have the ability to manage several priorities, while having an eye to deliver win-win solutions.
