The Opportunity
The employee is responsible for administrative support for the individual and group medical underwriting, issuance, and medical underwriting areas. The employee is required to input data into multiple computer systems.
By properly completing the necessary forms and entering administrative data into the computer systems, the employee will initiate the file evaluation process. This role ensures that medical exams from providers and correspondence from the sales force are transferred to the right files, and that these are directed to the right places (underwriting, selection, or issuing).
Ensures that follow-ups on medical requirements and additional information are processed in accordance with established standards. Follows up when documents are being waited for by different departments.

- Manage medical selection mailboxes and faxes;
- Process documents according to service standards;
- Manage reminders and orders for administrative tasks.
- Search for missing documents
- Process medical selection cases
- Upload medical exams from providers and route to file
- Perform data entry
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in office management, health, or a related field;
- Use IT systems with ease.
- Work easily with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of individual insurance products and contracts
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Be autonomous and organized
- GGood communication and interpersonal skills (French and English)
