The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Ganong's market presence and driving overall brand and revenue growth. As a vital member of the Ganong Senior Leadership team, the incumbent will be entrusted with the comprehensive responsibility of planning, developing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing marketing strategies and tactics. Beyond the traditional marketing scope, this role also involves actively contributing to the establishment and nurturing of a positive team culture, fostering engagement, morale, continuous improvement, growth, performance, and team member well-being.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience working in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed retail marketing environment.
• 2 years' experience successfully leading people/teams.
