Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management and Market Strategy, the Market Research Associate works within a team to ensure that the company's products are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable, meeting customer needs. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance individual insurance products, optimize processes, and address customer needs.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research activities, including collecting data on consumers, competitors, and market trends, and consolidating information into actionable elements, reports, and presentations.
  • Understand the company's business objectives and design surveys to uncover potential customer preferences.
  • Perform market monitoring, comparative analysis, and data analysis.
  • Work with internal and external clients to understand, define, and document market needs, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret data and produce reports and information to support Product Managers.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to take notes, document action points, and facilitate communications among various stakeholders.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in French and English
