The Division of Engineering at Saint Mary's University invites applications at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing December 18, 2023 to April 30, 2024 (4-month teaching contract with a 2-week paid preparatory period).
Job Information and Responsibilities
The Division of Engineering offers a two-year Diploma in Engineering (equivalent to the first two years of a four-year Engineering Degree). The successful candidate will be expected to teach the following course and its corresponding labs over the Winter 2024 term at the undergraduate level:
- EGNE 1203 - Engineering Mechanics: Statics (multiple sections)
Experience and Education Requirements
To be the successful applicant you will have:
- PhD (preferred) or MSc in Engineering or related field
- A demonstrated record of effectiveness in university teaching
