Halifax Water is inviting applications for One (1) Regular Full Time Labourer/Utility Worker Apprentice/Utility Operator in Operations department.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Works Supervisor or his designate, the Labourer/Utility Worker Apprentice/Utility Operator performs all forms of general labour work associated with the operation of the Utility in a safe, efficient manner. This position works outdoors, in all types of weather.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for this position include Grade 12 or equivalent and the successful candidate must have satisfactory experience in maintenance and operation of a water system.
