As a Key Account Customer Success Representative, you will be integral to the growth and retention of our Key Accounts led by the Strategic Account Manager team. Sitting within the Customer Success organization, successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of the most important accounts Dash Hudson services which make up our Key Account program.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Reporting to Customer Success Management, your work is entirely dedicated to supporting the Strategic Account Manager team in the retention and expansion of Dash Hudson's most important accounts.

  • Provide thorough training sessions as needed to various members of the brand teams
  • Set up, and remove accounts via the Dash Hudson Admin Panel Key Account admin, projects, and day to day tasks
  • Provide platform support
  • Investigate and resolve bug inquiries with the help of our product and development departments
  • Lead Key Account users through troubleshooting steps
  • Build presentations and reports that showcase brand performance and thought leadership
  • Monitor account health and platform usage
  • Assist in strategic platform adoption
  • Run quarterly admin panel audits
  • Supporting Strategic Account Managers on activities relating to expansion and retention

Qualifications

About You

Conversation comes easy to you. You love getting to the root of the problem to find solutions and have great satisfaction in building long-term relationships with clients. You're hyper-organized and can self-direct as needed. Always a team player, you love helping those around you and like to take on new tasks.

What You'll Need

  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in client-facing roles.
  • A degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.

  • Must possess analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Being able to think strategically and collaborate between teams.
  • Be comfortable moving seamlessly between client-facing duties and report-building
