Our client’s Industrial and Environmental companies continue to grow. In support of the current and expanded operations throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, we have created a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious, leader to join our management team. Having branch locations throughout Atlantic Canada there will a significant opportunity to learn all about our client’s business offerings however this initial role is located in New Brunswick.

What you'll do


The Junior Manager’s role will have the opportunity to learn and be trainied in many aspects of each environmental and industrial branch locations. You willl work closely with our Regional and Branch Management teams to efficiently and effectively increase your knowledge base and ability to maximize sales, control expenses and provide excellent customer service . You’ll also master how to lead, coach and develop employees. During your first year, you will actively participate in every aspect of management from sales and marketing, customer service to operations and finance.

As a Junior Manager, you will be mentored as well as empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line of each branch location. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading Branch P&L statements and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. Our client will mentor and teach you and provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers. In your development to become a successful manager you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.

  • Successful Post-Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2-3 years working within a business environment
