Working as an integral part of our IT team, this role will support information systems by providing day-to-day support to an internal client base. 

The job-holder will:

Provide desktop support. This will include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and phone systems;

Provision new users with IT equipment;

Track IT assets;

Provide Antivirus system configuration, management and emergency response;

Be involved in Network configuration and management;

Deliver a variety of IT services effectively;

Understand the company IT systems and interconnections;

Be involved in IT related projects as they arise;

Understand and communicate business requirements relating to systems;

Provide back-up to other team members.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Familiarity with the following is an asset:

Experience with Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure and other Microsoft products and services;

VoIP telephone systems;

Syspro or other ERP system.

As well as being able to:

Work well as part of a team, as well as independently;

Communicate effectively across the organization;

Demonstrate continuous learning in the IT field;

Prioritise effectively.

An IT qualification or equivalent experience is a requirement for this role.
