The Opportunity
We're a pension administration and investment management organization. Our primary goals are to safeguard our Plan members' pensions and ensure the stability and security of the Public Service Pension Plan Fund (the Fund). To assist in achieving these goals, we are seeking an Investment Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Investment team.
Your key activities will include:
- Manage and maintain all records for the Investment team, ensuring accurate and up to date information.
- Support the creation of investment reports and presentations.
- Monitor all email correspondence ,prioritizing responses and engaging with appropriate team members as required
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for members of the Investment team.
- Accurately enter information into designated spreadsheets, systems, and databases.
- Engage with external stakeholders to resolve any administrative matters.
- Support the Investment team in maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures, including internal audit requirements.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
What you'll bring to the role:
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of related experience, preferably within the financial services industry or investment management sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities.
Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500

Provident10
Financial management and future planning is evolving, and Newfoundland and Labrador has changed with it. In December 2014, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) and the five largest unions in the province announced a Joint Sponsorship Agreement to create an independent pension entity, Provident10. We deliver plan administration services and oversee management of the $11 billion Public Service Pension Plan (the Plan) investment portfolio.
