• Research and recommend leading-edge eLearning and interactive COTS technologies to support highly interactive user experiences within an eLearning framework.
• Lead the effort with a multi-functional team to design and produce state-of-the-art eLearning solutions and user experiences.
• Lead development of instructional content aligned with latest techniques such as Gamification, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Simulation.
• Analyze, edit and review content for maximum learner engagement.
• Advise on designing course content by incorporating appropriate instructional treatments and creative interactive media.
• Advise on the production of design specifications, prototypes, standards and templates.
• Assist in conducting needs assessments, and review and prepare training materials that incorporate leading edge techniques and technologies to produce highly interactive and engaging eLearning user experiences.
• Develop new storyboard standards that support new UX concepts, using various tools and media for highly creative, interactive and engaging courseware.
• Consult and collaborate effectively with clients and in-house Subject Matter Experts to communicate proposed innovations.
• Collaborate with peers and management towards innovation and the continuous improvement of instructional design and multimedia practices and processes.
• Contribute to the design of creative media, user interface, and user experience.
• Research and recommend new types of evaluation strategies and experiences.
• Monitor project scope and budget.
• Other Business Development duties as assigned.

• Strong leader, storyteller, creative and artistic.
• At least 5 years of team leadership experience in developing highly interactive content for gaming or video production in a technical software environment.
• Expertise in Agile development methodology.
• Expertise in Gamification and latest eLearning development technologies and techniques.
• Good understanding of proper usage of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence within a learning context.
• Thorough understanding of the Web and mobile industry's latest evolution of standards.
• A proven ability to assess content design and document development processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leader with ability to lead a multi-functional team and deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must be able to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.
