We're passionate about changing the janitorial industry and are looking for a great Inbound/Content Marketing Lead to help us fulfill our mission. 

The Inbound/Content Marketing Lead plays a critical role in Swept's ability to communicate and connect with our target audience, evolve our brand message, and contribute to the speed of our growth. This roles key objective is to generate, collaborate develop compelling ideas into content that draws in new customers to the Swept Platform.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a content/editorial calendar (including blog posts, newsletter, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, infographics, etc.) that attracts a qualified audience, and explains to them what makes Swept unique, and why janitorial companies should choose us.
  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and email automation that our audience will love.
  • Create reports and insights with Sales and Customer Success departments to understand how the inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers.
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas and growth experiments that bring profitable traffic to our site, and our business (Eat more cupcakes)
  • Regularly consult with Swept customers to better understand their "jobs to be done" so we can create content that makes life easy for our sales team to smash buying resistance within leads.
  • Working with Community & Partnership Lead to plan and promote webinars, community events, and other co-promotions with partners (lead magnets) that provide value to janitorial businesses so our inbox stuffed to the brim with leads and happy customers.
  • Working with both in-house and outsourced contractors (graphic designers, copywriters, etc.) to develop killer marketing assets and amazing educational content that people actually enjoy reading... over and over again.
  • Analyze our competitors' best work, finding out what makes them so powerful... then beat them (to drive them crazy!)
  • Define, uphold, and promote the Swept brand across all platforms and marketing channels to keep Sales team busy!
  • Develop our brand with a voice our customers love and convert them into brand advocates (We treat customers like family)

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inbound, copywriting and content marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (Hubspot), Google Suite, Google Analytics and Wordpress features
  • HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is an advantage
