What you'll do

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist plays an important role in the overall functioning of patient support programs. Responsible for the planning, creation, process documentation, development of standard operating procedures and work instructions that are unique to each program. Provides employee training and ongoing document management. Ensures alignment with the program design and functionality. In addition, provides assistance to team members when needed based on specific work flow queries as it pertains to Patient Support programs.

  • Process development and document management, ensuring that all documents and processes are version controlled and reviewed annually to ensure accuracy and reflection of current process.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires – responsible for all aspects of training to ensure all employees are adequately trained to meet job requirements.
  • Work in conjunction with PSS manager to ensure the PSS quality management platform is meeting deadlines, ensuring program efficiencies and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensures program support is accurate to the program specifications - this includes call monitoring and coaching where applicable.
  • Identifies opportuhities for improvements in new and existing programs.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in technical writing and/or procedure development including SOP and work instructions; related experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Experience in process mapping and document management.
  • Experience developing training curriculums and delivering training on new programs and processes.
  • Ability to analyze information; solve process related problems; document process changes; develop standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Visio/Lucidchart, Excel and/or other productivity tools.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
  • Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and prioritize mulitple projects to independently meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
