What you'll do
Reporting to the VP of Operations, as our Human Resources Manager you will not only oversee our HR functions, but you will also help to translate our organizational goals into effective HR policies and procedures. In this full-time role, you will work with all levels of the company to provide support and leadership in a full range of HR functions including compensation strategy, onboarding, employee relations, staffing, performance management, leadership development and more.

What you'll need
You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supplemented by an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. Ideally, you have also received the CHRP designation. You have proven success developing, implementing, and managing a spectrum of smart HR initiatives. You are personable and professional, have strong coaching/mentoring skills and an ability to build effective, collaborative relationships. You have a passion for developing people but are also able to make tough calls when necessary. You are an organized self-starter who is equally comfortable working with people at all levels of the company and are known for maintaining high ethical standards. You work well with new technologies and have experience with MS Office along with payroll/HR/ERP systems. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a definite asset.
